In TNRT we have focused constitutional-law litigation on the practice of the amparo proceeding against all kinds of official governmental actions, and thanks to the legal amendments of years 2011 and 2013, our attorneys make the best use of legal concepts such as legitimate right and control of provisions of international treaties for the benefit of our clients.Likewise, in the amparo proceeding, we have represented our clients in their capacity as members of the private sector pointed out as government defendants. We have experience in filing Amparos against laws in order to provide our clients tools for opposing legislations which illegally harm their businesses or affect them as individuals.
In all matters which require so, we make of amparo proceeding a means to have the federal courts or Mexico’s Supreme Court issue final judgment as to the origin dispute.
